Changed Show Time

Hola Seniors,

  That is the Spanish kind not the AARPs kind. lol  I don’t know how to get the little ` above the letters.  That will give me something to go look up today. 

  My Pilate’s schedule has changed so I pushed back my Tuesday cam chat by an hour.  So now I will see you Tuesdays at 5pm edt and 6pm edt on Fridays.  I plan to keep that schedule at least for the month of October. I will miss Friday the 19 because I am going out of town that weekend.  Will be back in plenty of time to make it to my Tuesday show though.  

   I have to do some cardio and then of course get ready to go in two hours so I better hurry.  See ya tomorrow at my show.
